At Little Fire, we have been working countrywide since the beginning of the internet. We’ve resolved a lot of tricky issues and come up with many great solutions.
In the past, Little Fire have: authored stock control systems for a Sheffield supermarket chain, integrated the Brightpearl Retail Operating System with bespoke websites, created unique product types to sell maps from Google maps, loans to help build AFC Wimbledon’s Plough Lane Stadium; and a streamlined checkout procedure to sell mountaineering trips online.
Your business and its challenges are yours, until you tell us about them we can’t tell you anything meaningful about them. So, instead, here are few quick case studies to demonstrate some of the problems we’ve managed to fix.
From 1987 until today, Jagged Globe has been the foremost firm organising mountaineering expeditions for climbers. They were the first English company to organise a professionally-led attempt on Everest. Jagged Globe serve customers globally.
Although we didn’t build the Jagged Globe website but we’ve updated a huge number of projects. All whilst retaining its original scheme with its impressive imagery.
It’s not been simple, to stay up to date we have:
As one of most successful online vendors of model railways and toys in the north of England, with a volume of orders to match, Rails of Sheffield needed Little Fire to develop an enterprise-level e-commerce solution.
We developed a new website on the market-leading Shopify platform which has provided the much-needed stability to allow the business to grow.
The new site meets a number of challenges:
Whatever you have to sell, we’d love to hear from you.
Little Fire Digital developed the online presence for West Sussex medical aesthetics practice, Casafia, when they needed something a little different. This was a perfect job for us; Little Fire worked with the client to design the logo and branding which combines subtle colours and clean, stylish design.
The website integrates with the Pabau Customer Relationship Management System – a system created specifically for the beauty clinic market.
Pabau is built to seamlessly work with Mailchimp to handle client communications so we completed the Pabau email templates so that they matched the lovingly created design of the main site. Mailing list sign up forms on the website add users directly a Mailchimp mailing list and the user is able to manage their contact preferences without ever leaving casafia.com.
To keep communication simple, the IRC widget is integrated to work with Facebook Messenger – our client’s preferred text platform.
AFC Wimbledon were in a bind. They had years dispossessed of their traditional home ground, Plough Lane, and had finally managed to acquire a site and start building the their new stadium on the same street, Plough Lane, in South London.
The new stadium was almost completed but they had run out of money.
Under mad time pressure, we stepped forward, worked like slaves and delivered a standalone platform from which the club could sell bonds to raise money from their supporters.
It turned out to be the greatest fundraiser in the history of the English football league, and Little Fire Digital helped it to make it happen. Read the case study to find out more.
