At Little Fire Digital Ltd, we have been creating custom online solutions nationwide for decades. We’ve fixed a lot of intricate problems and created some great solutions.

In our history, our team have: authored stock management systems for regional supermarket chain, integrated the Brightpearl order fulfilment system with custom websites, created custom products to sell maps from Google maps, bonds to help construct the Plough Lane Stadium for AFC Wimbledon; and a custom checkout page to sell mountaineering trips online.

Bespoke Web Development for Worldwide Businesses

Aiming High

Since the late 1980s, Jagged Globe has been one of the leading operators running high-altitude adventures for climbers. They were the first English company to organise a professionally-run attempt on Everest. Jagged Globe serve customers globally.

Although we didn’t construct the Jagged Globe website but we have updated a huge number of projects. All whilst keeping the original scheme and its stunning imagery.

It’s not been without difficulty, over the years we have:

  • Ensure the site meets Google’s mobile-friendly requirements.
  • To meet the PCI (Payment Card Industry) regulations, we coded for the Sagepay (Opayo) payment system to take deposits online.
  • Massively simplified the online booking user-experience. Existing customers can now book a expedition in as few as 5 clicks.
  • Wrote a application for recording customer health. Climbing at high altitudes is not without danger and is normally physically demanding – Jagged Globe need to know that each and every climber is safe to travel.
  • Integrated the company’s site with the SendInBlue mail management system so the mailing lists are completely GDPR compliant.
  • To help Jagged Globe display the many pictures that the clients collect, we have built tools to upload and manage climbers’ pictures in bulk.

Unique Web Development for Online Retail in Draycott

Amongst the busiest online vendors of model railways and craft goods in the Country, with a volume of sales to match, Rails of Sheffield needed us to provide an enterprise-level e-commerce solution.

Developed on the rock-solid Shopify platform, the new Rails of Sheffield site has provided the much-needed stability to allow the business to grow.

The new site fixes a number of problems:

  • The model railways marketplace involves pre-orders with extraordinarily long delivery times. To accommodate this, we have created a bespoke, separate pre-order basket and checkout using javascript integrated directly into the Shopify framework.
  • Stock management and order fulfilment is processed using Peoplevox. Little Fire coordinated teams of developers to get Peoplevox talking to Shopify and the client’s two ebay shops.

Whatever you have to sell, we’d really like to hear from you.

Web Development for

New Businesses Countrywide

When Worthing beauty business, Casafia were looking to go online, they consulted the help of Little Fire {Digital}. This was a perfect job for us; we collaborated with the client to design the logo and branding combining soft colourways with clean, modern layout.

The website integrates with the Pabau CRM – a system developed specifically for the beauty market.

Pabau is built to directly work with Mailchimp to handle customer communications so we completed the Pabau email templates so that they matched the exact design of the corporate website. Mailing list subscription forms on the main website add customers straight to a Mailchimp list and the client can manage their contact preferences without ever leaving casafia.com.

To keep communication simple, the IRC widget plugs straight into Facebook Messenger – our client’s regular text platform.

Website Development for Fundraising

AFC Wimbledon were in a bind. They had years ejected from their traditional home ground, Plough Lane, and had somehow managed to buy a site and start building the their new stadium on the same street, Plough Lane, in Wimbledon.

The new ground was almost completed but they had run out of money.

Under mad time pressure, Little Fire stepped forward, worked like fools and delivered a bespoke platform from which the club could issue bonds to raise money from their supporters.

It was the greatest fundraising effort in the history of the English football league, and Little Fire Digital Ltd helped it to make it happen. Read the case study to find out more.
