The website integrates with the Pabau Customer Relationship Management System – a system developed specifically for the beauty sector.
Pabau is built to seamlessly work with Mailchimp to handle customer emails so we completed the Pabau email templates so that they matched the exact branding of the corporate site. Mailing list subscription forms on the website add customers straight to a Mailchimp mailing list and the customer is able to update their settings without ever leaving casafia.com.
To keep things simple, the IRC widget works with Facebook Messenger – our client’s usual chat platform.
